Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Nestform Design School reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for all full-price courses if you have not completed more than 25% of the curriculum. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, videos, templates, and content are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Nestform Design School. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Students retain ownership of their personal design projects created during the program.

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, uploading malicious code, or infringing on third-party intellectual property. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nestform Design School provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or portfolio success. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the preceding twelve months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
